About Louise Regenstein

“Real estate is usually the largest and most important investment people have. When folks put their faith in me to assist them in buying or selling their property, I take that responsibility very seriously,” said Louise. Louise grew up on a farm just south of Atchison, where her parents instilled a strong work ethic, compassion, and honesty in her. After graduating from college, Louise moved to Kansas City, where she worked as a schoolteacher and later went into sales & marketing. Atchison drew Louise & her family back home to care for her mother, and we fell in love with this community & its people. 

 

With the help of some fantastic mentors, she took part in the family farm, built a small subdivision, September Hills, and started her real estate career. Louise’s passion for Northeast Kansas is just as strong today as when she started her successful real estate career over 20 years ago. Louise learned early on what a special lifestyle this community has to offer. “I believe life is meant for living, and I want to help make that life the best possible for my family, friends, and clients.” Louise’s extensive knowledge of the area and its people, coupled with her background in social media marketing, sales, and agricultural values, gives her a distinct advantage when the time comes for her clients to sell their house, farm, or find the perfect home or fabulous country acreage.
